Simply put, preaching has been tuff of late. As difficult as our journey has been through these two chapters (17&18) in Revelation that reveal to us the days of judgment, we needed the exposure. Quite frankly, we have become complacent in our communities of faith, prone to simply bide our time till Jesus comes. Yet the truth remains that for such a time as this we are here for the mission of grace. You see, the day of grace is still upon us yet. Night is closing fast. It is imperative that we strengthen our efforts of being the salt and the light within the community in which we reside, and ultimately we are responsible for in the end. Night is coming and the day will soon be gone, but please remember what we do for our Lord will remain throughout eternity. I trust to see you in church this Sunday.
